GROUP CLASSES

GROUP CLASSES

Group classes are an excellent way to train your dog around other pups and distractions. Our class sizes are limited to allow for personal attention and one-on-one instruction. Clickers and clicker training are part of all our classes.

All group classes meet once a week at East Bay Dog Spot for the number of weeks specified and utilize positive reinforcement methods for best results. Phone, email and text support is included.

Training levels include Puppy/Beginner and Intermediate levels all the way up through Therapy Dog training and Tricks. Dogs train on leash around other dogs while learning attention focus, sits, down, leave it, drop it and come when called. In higher-level classes such as Intermediate, the dogs are introduced to skills like coming when called around distractions, stay with distance, and park it (go to your place).

NOTE: All puppies and dogs enrolling in classes at East Bay Dog Spot must have proof of up-to-date vaccinations, including distemper / parvo, Bordetella and rabies, if applicable.
